The effective management of operational matters within Victor Publications LLC is facilitated by the scholarly acumen and extensive professional experience of the marketing director and chief executive officer. Alexia Lowe holds a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in economics with a minor in marketing from Georgia State University in Atlanta, Georgia. Alexia Lowe is a postgraduate scholar with a Master’s of Arts degree in Technical and Professional Writing from Middle Georgia State University in Macon, Georgia.
